Our Privacy Commitment

Metal Mirror Inc. does not collect, receive, transmit, sell, rent, share, or store your personal information or health information on company-owned servers.

The information you enter into Veyra remains under your control and is stored locally on your device, except when an Apple service that you independently enable—such as device backup or iCloud—is used.

We cannot view or access the information you record in the App.

Information You Enter into Veyra

Depending on the features you use, Veyra may allow you to record information such as:

• Weight and body measurements
• Injection dates and times
• Medication or peptide names
• Dosages and concentrations
• Injection locations
• Schedules and reminders
• Notes, symptoms, or other health-related observations

Metal Mirror Inc. does not receive or have access to this information. This information is processed and stored on your device for the purpose of providing the App’s features.

Accounts and Registration

Veyra does not require you to create an account with Metal Mirror Inc.

We do not request or collect identifying information such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, Social Security number, or payment-card information through the App.

Health Information

Information entered into Veyra may be sensitive health-related information. Metal Mirror Inc. does not collect, transmit, or store this information on its servers.

If Veyra offers integration with Apple Health, access will occur only after you give permission through Apple’s authorization system. Health information accessed through Apple Health will be used only to provide the App features you request. It will not be used for advertising, marketing, data mining, or sale to third parties.

You may review or revoke Apple Health permissions at any time through your device’s Settings or Health app.

Device Storage, Backups, and iCloud

Information entered into Veyra is stored locally on your device.

Your device may include information from Veyra in an iCloud backup or another device backup if you have enabled those services. If Veyra provides an optional iCloud synchronization feature, information may be stored in your personal iCloud account so it can be available on your Apple devices.

Apple’s handling of information through iCloud, device backups, the App Store, Apple Health, and other Apple services is governed by Apple’s privacy policies and your Apple account settings. Metal Mirror Inc. does not control Apple’s independent processing of that information.

You can manage backup and iCloud settings through your Apple device.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

Veyra does not use third-party advertising networks.

Metal Mirror Inc. does not use the App to:

• Track you across apps or websites
• Create advertising profiles
• Serve personalized advertisements
• Sell or rent personal information
• Collect precise location information
• Collect contacts, photos, messages, or browsing history
• Collect health information for marketing purposes

Veyra does not include third-party analytics or tracking technology that sends your personal or health information to Metal Mirror Inc.

Apple may provide Metal Mirror Inc. with aggregated or anonymized App Store information, such as download totals, sales information, or general performance statistics. This information is provided by Apple and does not allow us to view the health records or other personal content you enter into Veyra.

Purchases

If you purchase Veyra through the Apple App Store, Apple processes the transaction.

Metal Mirror Inc. does not receive or store your complete payment-card information. Apple may provide transaction-related information needed to confirm a purchase, process a refund, comply with financial obligations, or provide customer support. Apple’s handling of payment and account information is governed by Apple’s privacy policies.

Notifications

If you enable notifications or reminders, Veyra may use Apple’s notification services to deliver them.

You may manage notification permissions at any time through your device’s Settings. Metal Mirror Inc. does not use notification information for advertising or tracking.

Because notification previews may be visible on your lock screen, you should review your device’s notification privacy settings if your reminders contain information you consider sensitive.

Data Sharing

Metal Mirror Inc. does not sell, rent, or share the personal or health information you enter into Veyra because we do not receive or possess that information.

We may disclose limited business records that are actually in our possession if legally required to do so. However, because the information entered into Veyra is not transmitted to us, we generally cannot retrieve or provide that information.

Data Retention and Deletion

Metal Mirror Inc. does not retain the personal or health information you enter into Veyra on company-owned servers.

You can delete information within the App using its available controls. Deleting the App may also remove locally stored App information from your device. Information may remain in an existing device or iCloud backup until that backup is replaced or deleted according to your Apple settings.

Before deleting the App, you should export or otherwise preserve any information you wish to keep, if the App provides an export feature.

Data Security

Veyra is designed to minimize privacy risk by keeping your information on your device and avoiding unnecessary transmission of sensitive information.

The security of locally stored information also depends on the security of your device and Apple account. We recommend using a device passcode, Face ID or Touch ID, current operating-system updates, and appropriate Apple account security protections.

No storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

Veyra is not directed to children under 13, and Metal Mirror Inc. does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

A parent or legal guardian should supervise any use of the App by a minor, particularly when health or medication information is involved.

Medical Disclaimer

Veyra is an organizational and informational tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosing instructions, or emergency services, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Always verify medication names, concentrations, dosages, schedules, and injection instructions with a licensed healthcare professional or pharmacist. Do not rely solely on information stored in or calculated by the App when making medical decisions.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

Your Privacy Choices

Because Metal Mirror Inc. does not collect or store the personal or health information entered into Veyra, we generally do not have personal App records to access, correct, download, or delete on your behalf.

You control your information through the App, your device settings, Apple Health permissions, notification settings, backup settings, and iCloud settings.

If you contact us directly for support, we will receive the information you voluntarily include in your communication, such as your email address and message. We will use that information only to respond to your request, maintain necessary business records, protect the App and our rights, or comply with applicable law.

Please do not include sensitive health information in support messages unless it is necessary for your request.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features, privacy practices, or legal requirements change.

The updated policy will be posted on this webpage with a revised “Last Updated” date. If an update materially changes how information is handled, we will provide additional notice when reasonably appropriate.
